The Allahabad High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a CBI investigation into alleged irregularities during the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj.
BJP MP Dinesh Sharma welcomed the Allahabad High Court order granting permission to whitewash Jama Masjid in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal, and said that it was neither the policy of Centre nor the state government to insult any religious place.
The contractor assigned by the ASI to whitewash the Sambhal Jama Masjid, stated that the work is likely to be completed within a week and a total of eight people have been working on it.
"I offer my heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs. May Allah grant them the highest ranks in Jannah and bless those injured with a swift recovery. Dozens of the terrorists have been sent to hell," the Pak PM said.
