Etihad Airways flights have returned to normal scheduled operations following the successful installation of the required Airbus software update across the A320 fleet.
There have been no cancellations of Indigo flights, and there has been only a delay in some flights due to the Airbus software update issue, sources in the airline said Saturday.
The DGCA has issued directives for A318, A319, A320, A321/5 calling for inspecting and banning flights which use all such models of aircrafts until compliance is achieved.
Air New Zealand is facing flight disruptions due to a global Airbus software update affecting all A320 aircraft. The airline is offering free changes, credits, or refunds for affected bookings and will contact impacted passengers directly.
