The sub-committee for invoking actions under Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) of the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) have opined that invoking Stage-I of the GRAP may not be necessary at this stage, Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) said in a press release on Monday.
