The flight took off at 9:17 AM and landed safely back at Calicut International Airport at 11:12 AM. The airline arranged an alternative aircraft, provided refreshments to passengers, and the flight departed later.
"The aircraft was carrying 160 passengers on board, was scheduled to depart at 7:30 pm, but is now expected to leave at 9:30 pm. The reason is technical."
