Delhi Police on Wednesday registered an FIR against unknown persons in connection with the stone-pelting incident at Turkman Gate, where a police team came under attack during an official action in the area.
Rapid Action Force was deployed on Wednesday near the Faiz-e-Elahi Masjid in the Turkman Gate area of the national capital after the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) carried out a demolition drive at an encroached site, following directions of the Delhi High Court.
