Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday adjourned the anticipatory bail application of former state Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to November 7 in connection with the Inner Ring Road scam case.
Due to the absence of a few members of his legal team, the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday adjourned Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu's bail plea to October 19.
The counsel for the accused told the court that the certified copies of the case file had not been supplied. This case pertains to the killing in Pul Bangash Gurudwara in 1984.
The ACB Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearings on the bail and custody petitions of Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development case till October 5, Pramod Dhube, his advocate said.
