Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense detected three sorties of Chinese military aircraft and seven Chinese naval vessels operating around its territorial waters as of 6am (local time) on Tuesday.
Sharing the details in a post on X, the MND said that these were spotted up until 6 am today. It further noted that eight out of the 11 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's northern and southwestern Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ).

According to NORAD, the Russian planes included two long-range Tu-95 bombers and two Su-35 fighter jets. They were flying in the Alaska Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ), which is international airspace next to US and Canadian territory.
