Sunil NS, popularly known as Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the high-profile actress assault case, has been released on Friday after spending seven and a half years behind bars.
The Kerala High Court on Monday dismissed the bail plea of Sunil NS, popularly known as Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the 2017 actress assault case.
The court made it clear that the new charge of destroying evidence against Dileep and Sarath will remain and directed both to appear in court on the 31st of this month. The further trial of the case will resume on November 10.
