Delhi's Karkardooma Court on Tuesday while acquitting an accused pulled up Delhi police for clubbing 19 complaints of riots wrongly in one FIR. The court also said that the same were not properly investigated.
The Allahabad High Court on Monday acquitted the prime accused Surender Koli in 12 cases related to the 2005-2006 Nithari serial killing cases in Noida. The court also acquitted Moninder Singh Pandher, his employer, in two cases.
The court pulled up the Prosecution and observed, "Prosecution cannot raise presumption on the basis of one old video, to allege that accused was part of riotous mob in all subsequent incidents."
