The Supreme Court has acquitted four men convicted in a 1989 murder case while saying that it was a complete set-up by the police and the entire prosecution case could have been fabricated by the Police.
The Supreme Court has dismissed the review petition challenging the top court's order which acquitted three men who were awarded the death penalty by a Delhi Court in connection with allegedly raping and killing a woman in Delhi's Chhawala area in 2012.
