Kerala Police on Sunday night arrested 113 people who were accused in various criminal cases, under operation AAG, Thiruvananthapuram Commissioner of Police CH Nagaraj.
Laxman said that the backward community residing in the national capital after 1993 have not received their cast certificates and accused the government of cheating them.
The 23-year-old accused, Gautam Kumar was a prime accused in a murder case over a money dispute in Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy and was absconding for more than three months.
The police said that the accused had committed Dacoity. During the offence, they grievously injured the businessman by firing at him with a pistol and decamped him with Rs 40 lakhs on January 29.
