Taking cognisance of a complaint, the Patiala House Court of Delhi has summoned City Fincorp Services, Advance City Fincorp Consultancy along with several accused persons in an alleged case of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
The order was issued by Judicial First Class Magistrate, who reached the Kozhikode Government Medical College Hospital, where the accused, Saifi, was undergoing treatment on Friday morning, to complete the process of remand.
According to officials, the incident occurred at Nepa Nagar police station on Thursday late at night in which two police personnel sustained injuries. They are undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
According to the police, the accused was arrested from a flat in Charmes Castle Society of Ghaziabad on Thursday night. Later, he was taken to the Ghaziabad Nandgram for medical examination.
According to the police, the officials were able to apprehend the accused by identifying him from the yellow shirt he was wearing while he allegedly committed the crime.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Rahan alias Deepak Thapa, a Nepali national who migrated to Hyderabad 12 years ago and converted to Muslim Community, the police said.
The bus was hijacked on Wednesday. After the hijack, the passengers travelling were deboarded from the bus and the accused went away with the bus. The whole incident was captured on the CCTV camera.
