According to the police, the deceased boy has been identified as Lucky. Two persons have been identified in connection with the alleged murder and teams have been constituted to nab the accused who are absconding since the incident, police said.
"Sameer Wankhade giving chats in the court is against the conduct rules of NCB. How an investigating officer can have such chats with the family of the accused?" sources in the NCB said.
"The woman is a resident of Gola Ka Mandir locality in the district. The accused is a soldier in the Indian Army and he is one of her relatives. The accused also lives in the same locality. Both of them have been in contact since 2019," Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Dan
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday attached 47 immovable properties worth Rs 121.81 crore and movable assets worth Rs 54.25 lakh belonging to the accused in Seva Vikas Coop Bank loan fraud case under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
These 16 HuT members were produced before the court after their police remand was over on Friday. Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) had arrested these accused on May 9.
According to the police, the accused had committed the crime by threatening the businessman, Om Prakash Soni (40) with a knife near Tewar talab area under Bhedaghat police station limits in the district on the night of May 11.
