A youth was arrested for allegedly raping a 22-year-old young woman and threatening to cut her into pieces under Banganga police station limits in Madhya Pradesh's Indore district, the police said.
Officials said that a case under IPC section 376 has been registered and the accused has been arrested. The accused has been identified as Bhagwanta Kol alias Sonu (42), a resident of Antara.
Officials said that the accused, identified as Anas, was arrested by Kanpur police and sent to jail two years ago after a girl filed a molestation case against him.
