BJP leader and Leader of the Opposition in West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday accused the Chief Secretary of the state, Dr Hari Krishna Dwivedi (IAS) of drawing House Rent Allowance from the government while having two rent-free government accommodations.
