The bus was coming from Nasimabad and was heading to Haridwar.
There were 57 passengers on the bus. However, no casualties were reported, according to the police.
The ill-fated bus was en route to Jacobabad from Sakhi Sarwar with pilgrims, when it met with an accident and overturned in Punjab’s Rajanpur district's Fazilpur.
The car had stopped due to some mechanical problem and Inspector Jagbir Singh was standing outside when his car was hit by the truck, said the Delhi Police.
“The report of the magisterial inquiry has been received on the accident at the STP plant in Chamoli. Action will be taken on the basis of this. The culprits will not be spared at all. FIR has been registered. Strict action is being taken while fixing the responsibility,” said CM Pushkar Sin
Referring to this, Shah tweeted, "Deeply saddened to know about the tragic fire accident in a crackers factory in Krishnagiri (Tamil Nadu). I extend my sincerest condolences to the family members of the deceased and pray for the speedy recovery of those injured."
Four people died after the car in which they were traveling fell into a roadside ditch near Veppur in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu on Saturday morning, said police.
