New Delhi [India], Feb 10 (ANI/NewsVoir): Finance Ministry in this budget proposed to abolish Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT). With the abolition of DDT, people with income up to Rs 5 lakh will not have to pay tax on dividend income.
New Delhi [India], Feb 2 (ANI): The government on Sunday said that all taxpayers would benefit from the abolition of Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT) as the "tax to be paid by them on their dividend income would be less than what they were earlier paying indirectly through DDT."
