The Supreme Court on Monday granted bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar, accused of assaulting AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal.
The Delhi High Court, on Monday, while dismissing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders plea challenging the defamation proceedings, said that citizens have the right to truthful and accurate information.
Earlier in April this year, the Rouse Avenue Court granted bail to Khan in connection with the Enforcement Directorate's recent complaint filed against him for alleged non-attendance of the summons in the Delhi Waqf Board money laundering case.
Aam Aadmi Party MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj on Monday accused centre government of "hooliganism" and described the Waqf properties money laundering case against AAP MLA Amantullah Khan as "rotten."

Earlier today, the Aam Aadmi Party accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of kidnapping party Councillor Ram Chandra, who represents Bawana's Shahabad Dairy in the civic body, after which the BJP denied the charges and hit back at AAP for "fake sensationalism."
He exuded confidence that the people of Haryana will give Arvind Kejriwal a chance and the Aam Aadmi Party will form government in Haryana with full majority.
Following the AAP allegations regarding party leader Ram Chandra's "kidnapping," Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party President Virendraa Sachdeva termed it a "circus" and demanded the Delhi Police interrogate AAP Councillor Ram Chandra, in whose direction he is "fabricating" the story.
