A road accident on State Highway 94 near Srivijaynagar late last night claimed six lives when a motorcycle collided with a car, with the victims returning from a late-night Jagran.
An eyewitness recounted that around "500-600 people" were in the Mosque courtyard when they first heard sounds that "resembled fireworks" and there were cries of "Bhaago, Bhaago [run, run]."
