Aam Aadmi Party filed a complaint against the BJP and it's leaders in the Election Commission for the alleged violations of the Electoral Laws Representation of Peoples Act 1951, India Penal Code 1860 and the Model Code of Conduct.
Election Commission of India (ECI) has stopped the election campaign of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan after Congress registered a complaint alleging that the BJP leader has violated provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, sources said on Wednesday.
