Three women were killed and 14 others were injured when a passenger bus they were traveling in met with an accident near Ganganani in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi after losing control, police said on Wednesday.
At least 12 passengers were killed and 14 injured after a bus overturned and rolled over into a ditch in the Kumhari area of the Durg district, an official said.
Senior Superintendent of Police of Udhampur, Vinod Kumar, while talking about the incident, said that one pilgrim is in serious condition after the incident.
It is believed to be the first time that Taganrog – some 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the border with Ukraine — has been hit since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Rescue 1122 Rescue and Safety Officer (Ghizer) Raja Ajmal Nazeer confirmed the casualties, adding that three of the injured were in critical condition.
