According to a press release issued by the CMO, the lower court's verdict in the alleged liquor scam case that surfaced during his tenure is not the ultimate truth, but merely a part of the legal process. The truth will be revealed, so Kejriwal should not shed crocodile tears, she said.

According to a press release, the yatra will begin from the Gupteshwar Temple under the Dhekiajuli Legislative Assembly constituency.

"The court has honourably discharged all those involved in this liquor policy case, which has been haunting us for the past 2-3 years. We have always said that this is a political vendetta. We have always said that this is a false and politically motivated case, and the court has only proven what we have been saying all along. And most interestingly, the court actually ordered an investigation against the investigating officer, as some media reports suggested," Kavitha told ANI.

The troubles of Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal and 22 others are not over yet as the Central Bureau of Investigation approached the Delhi High Court challenging the trial court's order discharging the accused in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
