Union Minister G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday criticised the Congress-led Telangana government, alleging a lack of transparency in the site visit process for the Singareni.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Gautam Solanki said, "A snatching incident occurred with a woman at AIIMS Bhopal under Bagsewaniya police station here. The accused is unidentified, and he had covered his face with a mask at the time of the incident. He snatched a chain from the woman inside the lift and ran away."

According to the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Office (CMO), the Chief Minister apprised the Union Minister of the discrepancy between the actual tree cover of 29.5 per cent and the officially recorded 27.99 per cent.

The Himachal CM held detailed discussions on strengthening the state's road infrastructure and demanded adequate financial support for road repair and maintenance.

"On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the MGNREGA program was being hijacked by the BJP, distorting it in every way possible. Changing the name to VB-G RAM G. The Congress has decided to go on a massive agitation, and as part of that, even in Andhra Pradesh, we are planning something big. For that, we have invited Rahul Gandhi to come," Sharmila told ANI.

Ahead of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said that workers have been advised not to be afraid while campaigning in sensitive areas and taking the ideology of the BJP to the people.
