MP: Tikamgarh Police registers case against cow owner
Police have registered a case and rescued the cow. Vikram Singh Kushwaha, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Tikamgarh, said, "We have registered a case under animal cruelty laws against the accused, Satyendra Yadav.
