An Accused in more than 500 kg drug haul case has challenged his arrest his custody before the Delhi High court. A High court judge recused self from the hearing and renotified the matter tomorrow before another bench.

Speaking to reporters, the father said, "I am going directly to the police station. I will say everything there."

Union Minister and LJP MP Chirag Paswan on Tuesday condemned the Opposition for bringing a no-confidence motion against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, calling their move "condemnable."

"The car hit an autorickshaw, and its speed increased. The car rammed into the bullet bike and hit a pole after that. After the accident, his (Shivam Mishra) bouncers broke the glass of the car and took him away. After some time, the police arrived and took the car to the police station. We don't know whether he was the driver or the car's owner. Our bike is also standing at the Police Station," Tripathi said to ANI.
