ED attaches Rs 68.16 Cr distillery assets in Chhattisgarh scam
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached properties worth Rs 68.16 crore belonging to three major Chhattisgarh-based distilleries as part of its investigation conducted into the massive state liquor scam involving a criminal syndicate of high-ranking bureaucrats, politicians, and private entities.

Fire breaks out at 3-storey chocolate factory in MP’s Indore
Fire Brigade Sub-Inspector Sushil Kumar Dubey told ANI, "It was a three-storey chocolate factory located in the Lasudia police station area and we were extinguishing a fire incident that broke out here this afternoon. In the meantime, an explosion occurred inside the factory building and the structure collapsed. I was standing right here and sustained some injuries in my waist. A head constable accompanied me and some other personnel, totaling four people injured during the exercise."
