Dobh Srikot Nursing College renamed after 'Ankita Bhandari'
Speaking to ANI, DM Bhadoria said, "Ankita Bhandari's parents wanted the nursing college to be renamed after her. The chief minister, too, had directed the same. In this connection, on January 8, the orders were issued. In this regard, Dobh Shrikot Nursing College has been renamed Ankita Bhandari Nursing College. The college will be known by this name hereon."
UPC Volt to set up 100 MW AI-ready data centre
UPC Volt is a joint venture between Netherlands-based partners UPC Renewables Group and VOLT Data Centres, focusing on setting up high-performance, energy-efficient AI data centres. Following the meeting, the company proposed to establish a 100 MW AI-ready data centre in Bharat Future City, supported by a matching 100 MW round-the-clock renewable energy project, with the intent to ensure that digital infrastructure is powered by carbon-free energy.
3 killed as dumper hits bike in MP’s Gwalior
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Anu Beniwal said, "An accident occurred under the jurisdiction of Bijoli police station in which a husband-wife and their daughter died on the spot. The family was a resident of Jalaun in UP and they came here yesterday night for an entrance examination of their daughter, scheduled for today. The family was going towards the exam center during which they met with the accident and died. The accident was caused by a dumper and the police seized the dumper from the spot."
