Tokyo (Japan), Sep 03 (ANI): Deepa Malik, the President of the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) on September 3 congratulated Praveen Kumar for winning a silver medal in the men's high jump T64 final at the Tokyo Paralympics. With a jump of 2.07m, Kumar sealed the silver medal and also created an Asian record.
