New Delhi, Jun 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a fitness video of himself on Tuesday. The video came days after PM Modi accepted cricketer Virat Kohli’s fitness challenge, to share a video of performing daily routine of exercises. In the video, PM Modi could be seen performing a series of yoga asanas and walking on a track “inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature”. Along with the video he tweeted, “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit”. PM Modi even challenged Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Commonwealth Games (CWG) gold medalist Manika Batra and “the entire fraternity of brave IPS officers, especially those above 40”.
