J&K State Sports Council organises night Rugby match in Valley

rinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), July 03 (ANI): A first of its kind night Rugby match was organised in Kashmir Valley. The match was played at Gindun Sports Stadium, Rajbagh, where a large number of eager audiences arrived to see the match. The great opportunity was provided for individuals, who need to go to school or colleges in daytime. Heavy-duty floodlights have been installed in the ground to provide ample lighting. The game saw participation from both men and women players. The initiative was taken by J&K State Sports Council in collaboration with J&K Rugby Association aimed to promote the international game.
