Faf du Plessis praises team’s spin bowlers for easy win against RCB

Dubai (UAE), Oct 25 (ANI): Rituraj Gaikwad’s unbeaten knock of 65 runs help Chennai Super Kings defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 8 wickets with 8 balls spare at Dubai International Stadium. The side had also put up outstanding fielding performance restricting RCB to 150-run mark. For CSK, Sam Curran scalped three wickets. Faf du Plessis said, “Wicket was a bit slower. We played with 3 really good spinners and they bowled really well against the very strong RCB batting line-up. Restricting them to the total we did, was a really good effort from our spin bowlers, especially.” Over the strategy for the next two games, Faf said, “CSK is a very proud franchise; we have got amazing fane who are very loyal to us. The performance has not been to the standard that CSK has been used to. The management is looking it as an opportunity to look at new players. CSK has been successful in the last 13 years.”
