New Delhi, Mar 12 (ANI): Former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar in a conclave held in Delhi on Tuesday said, “If you go by the history of past 2-3 World Cups, in 2011 host nation India won the World Cup, in 2015 host nation Australia won. In 2019, there’s a very good chance England will win World Cup. I'm not saying they'll win, I'm saying there's a very good chance they'll win World Cup.” While in the same event, British High Commissioner to India Sir Dominic Asquith KGMC said, “Last week we celebrated International Women's Day. For England's women cricketers it coincided with victory over India's T20 team. Over the course of this summer, we're delighted we'll host India and other teams at cricket World Cup. On 30 June, there will be quite a match at Edgbaston when we will see if England's men can emulate their female compatriots.”
