Central govt launches online portal for international players, coaches: Anurag Thakur

New Delhi, July 08 (ANI): Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur on July 08 informed that the central government has launched an online portal for various schemes for international players. He said that it’s a huge step in in the direction of minimum government, maximum governance. While speaking to Media Persons, Anurag Thakur said, “We have launched an online portal for international players, and their coaches, for cash rewards, pension schemes. Now they don't have to keep visiting government offices, employees.” “It's a huge step in the direction of minimum government, maximum governance. Now players don't have to keep visiting government offices, or employees. They can file their application on this portal and in a few days' time, action will be taken on their application,” he added.
