Mumbai, Dec 14 (ANI): Speaking to ANI, on ‘Mirchi Neon Run’ event, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu stated that it is important that women’s cricket should be given recognition in the country. “It will be very challenging for me to learn cricket because I have only watched it and not played it. Not too many people give credit to women’s cricket and that is evident in our country. I guess, it’s time that they get due recognition,” said Taapsee Pannu.“A cricket loving nation should be a cricket loving nation and not a male cricket loving nation,” she further added. Taapsee Pannu is now all set to essay the role of Indian women’s cricket team’s captain Mithali in ‘Shabaash Mithu’.
