Mumbai (Maharashtra), June 06 (ANI): On World Environmental Day, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan attended #SaveTheBeach event, which was mainly focused on cleaning the Juhu beach. Recalling his best memories at the Juhu beach, he said, “I grew up playing at Juhu beach. I played cricket and many times bathed in the Juhu beach. I confess when I was a kid I too littered the beach, but as we grow up we must be more responsible to teach the younger generation the importance of a clean environment. While having fun we must make sure not to litter Juhu beach. And if you do see someone littering the beach, do take the trouble to clean it up yourself; this is my humble appeal to you.”On the work front, Varun Dhawan was recently seen in ‘October’. He was well appreciated by critics and audience for choosing to do a non-chocolate boy role. The actor will be seen next in ‘Sui Dhaaga’ opposite Anushka Sharma.
