Mumbai (Maharashtra), Jun 09 (ANI): Since the days of ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ Bollywood actress Kajol has always been the audiences’ favourite. She ruled the Hindi film industry with her performances as Simran, Anjali and many more. Now, she lent her voice for the character of Elastigirl in ‘Incredibles 2’, for which a press meet was held at Mumbai. During the interaction she was asked, if Bollywood has failed to match up to the standards of making a heroine centric film. “Not really, not at all. We have a lot of films which are women centric; people are writing specifically women centric films. So no I don’t think that that is there. But I do think that as an animated picture company they have a little more freedom, actually a lot more freedom because they have an international audience to deal with,” Kajol said. Kajol has also started shooting for ‘Eela’, which is based on an aspiring woman singer. The film will be directed by Anand Gandhi, and produced by Ajay Devgn.
