Panaji (Goa): The Central Board of Film Certification Chairman Prasoon Joshi, on Wednesday, refused to comment on the ongoing controversy surrounding Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati'. He dodged the question, saying it was not the appropriate time to talk about the film. Joshi is among the members of a steering committee for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). He attended the panel discussion at the ongoing 2017 International Film Festival of India in Goa.
