New Delhi, Sep 11 (ANI): Veteran actor and Padma Shri awardee Tom Alter has been diagnosed with cancer. As per reports, the 67-year-old actor's family shared the news, a week after he was admitted to Mumbai's Saifee hospital. His son Jamie Alter confirmed the news to a leading daily, but refrained from divulging more details for now. It is being said that the renowned star is suffering from the fourth stage of the disease. Tom Alter is popularly known for his stint on TV show 'Zabaan Sambhalke' and has worked in several hit films and television series. He was last seen on the silver screen in the 2017 release 'Sargoshiyan'. We wish the actor a speedy recovery!
