UNICEF to honour Priyanka Chopra with Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award

New Delhi, June 13, ANI: Priyanka Chopra will be honoured with the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award in December. The event will take place in New York. The 36-year- old actress has worked with UNICEF for almost a decade and was appointed as UNICEF National Ambassador in 2010. Chopra has helped creating awareness around a wide range of social issues such as environment, health and education and expresses her opinion particularly on gender equality. The actress shared a picture on Instagram and Twitter of her visit to the refugee camp in Ethiopia where she wrote that her work for UNICEF means everything to her.
