Mumbai (Maharashtra), Oct 06 (ANI): Tanushree Dutta has finally taken the legal route and filed a police complaint at the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai against Nana Patekar and Ganesh Acharya in connection with 2008 ‘Horn Ok Pleasss’ set incident. The complaint has not been converted into an FIR yet. Tanushree has alleged that Patekar misbehaved with her on the sets of the film in 2008. She accused him of harassing her while shooting for a special dance number in the movie and also stated that Bollywood dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya teamed up against her. The ‘Aashiq Banaya Aapne’ actor added that she and her family were attacked after she declined to perform some intimate steps with the veteran actor. Patekar, however, refuted these allegations and said that “a lie will remain a lie”. Tanushree was also slapped with a legal notice by Patekar.
