‘A Star Is Born’ set to release three days early

New Delhi, Sep 19 (ANI): Good news for all the Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga fans as their upcoming movie titled ‘A Star is Born’ is going to launch three days early. AMC Theatres is launching the film three days before for 7 p.m. shows on October 2 at 115 of its Dolby Cinemas. AMC Theatres recently took to their official Twitter handle and announced the same, writing, “See #BradleyCooper & #LadyGaga in #AStarIsBorn three days early on October 2 in @DolbyCinema at AMC! Plus, get a download of the full album when you get tickets on http://amctheatres.com. Get tix now.” Warner Bros. will begin the preview of the musical drama on October 4 and will go worldwide with the film on the next day. The film has already received warm receptions at the Venice Film Festival and the Toronto Film Festival, which has also led it to become one of the awards season’s frontrunners. It is also set to open the Tokyo International Film Festival, which will start on October 25 and end on November 3. ‘A Star Is Born’ is a remake of the 1937 film of the same name. The story revolves around an alcoholic musician who falls in love with an upcoming singer and how a star helps aspiring artist find fame while he struggles with his own demons. The musical drama film also marks Cooper’s feature directorial debut. He co-wrote the script with Will Fetters and Eric Roth and began shooting for the film at the Coachella Music Festival last year.
