Sonal Chauhan to join Mahesh Manjrekar's gangster drama opposite Vidyut Jammwal

New Delhi, Jun 03 (ANI): Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan has been casted in Mahesh Manjrekar's gangster drama opposite Vidyut Jammwal and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. 1. The film also features Naseeruddin Shah, Amol Palekar and Jishu Sengupta. Sonal said, "It is an honour to be working with Mahesh sir. I'm a huge fan of his work and happy to be part of the project along with Vidyut and Shruti". Vidyut and Shruti have already started the shoot in Goa, Sonal will be joining the team by next week. Vidyut will be playing role of an NRI while Shruti will be seen as a small-town girl who falls in love with him but their families are against the romance. Sonal will be playig an independent and educated girl in the film. All the actors along with director Manjrekar took intensive workshops before starting the shoot. The film will be produced by Vijay Galani and Pratik Galani.
