‘The Shape of Water’ dominates with 13 Oscar nominations

New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Fantasy drama ‘The Shape of Water’ has grabbed the most number of nominations at the Oscar awards. The drama is based on the cold war-era, starring Sally Hawkins who grabbed the nomination for Best actress. The film will also stand as a competition to Ali Fazal’s Victoria and Abdul in the category of Best Costume Design. Apart from that the film has been nominated in the category of Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Film Editing, Best Original Score, Best Production Design, Best Cinematography, Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing. The nominations were announced yesterday by Priyanka Chopra and other Hollywood stars. The 90th Academy Awards will be hosted by late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel. The show will be live on March 5, on Star Movies at 5.30am.
