Shahid Kapoor to get his wax statue at Madame Tussauds

New Delhi, Jul 24 (ANI): Actor Shahid Kapoor is all set join Madame Tussauds. It is however unclear that the actor will be getting his wax statue in London or in Delhi. Expressing his excitement, the 'Udta Punjab' actor took to his Instagram and posted a picture of him from the measurements session."Keep an eye out. Coming soon." he captioned it. Shahid’s revelation comes after 'Padmaavat' co-star Deepika Padukone revealed that her first wax statue will be unveiled in London early next year, followed by another wax statue at the Madame Tussauds in the capital New Delhi. On the professional front Shahid will be seen in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ opposite Shraddha Kapoor. The film is helmed by Shree Narayan Singh and will hit theatres on September 21.
