New Delhi, Aug 30 (ANI): The ‘king of pop’ Michael Jackson is not with us but the world is celebrating Michael Jackson’s 60 birthday with pomp and zeal. Michael Jackson is remembered for his mesmerising contribution in pop music. His sound, dancing style and his courage to breake down racial barriers are influential to younger generation. Nobody can forget his memerising ‘moonwalk’ during stage performances. Recalling his musical journey, who can forget ‘Thriller’ which was released in 1982. Jackson also became the first artist to use music videos as successful promotional tools. Not only people but Guinness World Records has recognised him as the ‘Most Successful Entertainer of All Time’. Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 from an overdose of the anaesthetic propofol and sedatives. He died at UCLA Medical Center after being taken ill at his rented home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills. His physician who administered the drugs, Conrad Murray, was charged with involuntary manslaughter.
