Priyanka Chopra comes out in support of ‘Padmavati’

Mumbai, Dec 20 (ANI): Global star Priyanka Chopra has come out in the support of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmavati’. While speaking to media at the red carpet of Zee Cine Awards 2018, the ‘Quantico’ actress said she not just stands by Bhansali but also stands by film’s lead stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. ‘Padmavati’ has been facing protests from various groups for allegedly tampering with historical facts. The new release date of the film is yet to be announced.
