New Delhi, May 03 (ANI): As soon as the recipients of 65th National Awards were informed that President Ram Nath Kovind will present only 11 awards, they decided to skip the ceremony. Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit, in an interview with ANI, said that it is very surprising that the President has taken this step. “It has never happened before. All the technicians, filmmakers, actors and other people related to film works really hard. So, we feel very low when film industry is treated like this,” he said.
