Pedro Pascal likely to feature in ‘Star Wars’ TV series

New Delhi, Nov 14 (ANI): Best known for playing character of drug kingpin in Netflix’s ‘Narcos’, Pedro Pascal will lead the ‘Star Wars’ upcoming live-action series ‘The Mandalorian’. He is best known for portraying the roles of Oberyn Martell in the fourth season of the HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’ and Javier Peña in the Netflix series ‘Narcos’. According to actor-director Jon Favreau, the TV series will follow the “travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of New Republic”. ‘The Mandalorian’ is not only ‘Star Wars’ spinoff being produced by Disney but also set to launch its own web streaming service on ‘Disney+’ along the lines of Netflix and others. The series is scheduled to launch on ‘Disney+’ in 2019.
