Music legend Robbie Malinga passes away

New Delhi, Dec 26 (ANI): Legendary South African musician Robbie Malinga on Monday took his last breath. The veteran musician had been battling a life-threatening illness for months now. Malinga's label manager Kenny Tlale confirmed the musician's death to TshisaLIVE. It is being said that the 49-year-old singer was rushed to hospital in June after reports suggested he was suffering from anaemia. Malinga announced his retirement as a solo artist in 2016, after more than 20 years in the industry. The musician is known for his hit songs such as, ‘Sobabili’, ‘Mthanda’ and ‘Baby Please’. Following his death, musicians and his fans took to Twitter to pay tribute to the legendary singer.
