Kathua rape case: Kareena Kapoor seeks justice for the minor

New Delhi, Apr 15 (ANI): After the horrendous Kathua rape case shook the nation, people from all walks of life are coming together to demand justice for the minor. The latest Bollywood celeb to join the tirade is actress Kareen Kapoor Khan. An Instagram fan page of showed the Bodyguard actress holding a placard to seek justice for the rape victim. It read, “I am Hindustan. I am Ashamed. #JusticeForOur Child 8 years old. Gangraped. Murdered. In ‘Devi’-sthaan temple. #Kathua.” Earlier, celebrities like Sonam Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Richa Chadda, Vishal Dadlani, Neha Dhupia, Swara Bhaskar and Farhan Akhtar took to social media to seek justice for Asifa. Eight-year-old Asifa, belonging to a nomadic Muslim tribe in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, was allegedly abducted, drugged, raped and killed in January. Her body was found a week later.
